Extremely through. Identified my issue and had a game plan in place in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Shiu did not rush me out the door either. Went over underlying issues/conditions. Possible complications as well as outcomes. I would highly recommend Dr. Shiu to anyone needing an Orthopedic Specialist!

Great visit. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Dr. Shiu shoots straight and tells exactly what the issue is. Highly recommend him.

I have been working with Dr. Should for several years. He did not just rush me into shoulder surgery. He tried several different solutions & after a few years its definitely time for surgery. I will let you know how it goes after April 2026. Dr. Shiu is professional with excellent bed side manners. He took time to answer all my wife's questions & concerns about my shoulder surgery and made her feel important about the decision making process. Great Doctor!!

Dr Shiu listened, which by itself is huge; he evaluated my shoulder; and ordered an MRI. He took his time and was very thorough, and willing to answer any questions or concerns.

I could not speak more highly of Dr. Shiu!!! he was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and clear spoken. His demeanor was professional and kind. He was not rushed and answered all of my questions. I could not have had a better experience! (additionally everyone in his office was very helpful)

Dr. Shiu has helped my wife and I several times. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and takes time to listen and investigate patients’ problems. Great bedside manner and a prudent approach, doesn’t just jump to surgery if a less invasive approach will work, but he did fix up my wife’s broken collarbone very successfully.
