I am a mom. I usually work through my sicknesses and have a real problem going to the doctor because I don’t want to take from the family budget over something I can get through in my own. My husband works out of state Monday through Friday and I tend to our child. When he arrived home I had been in bed sick for four days only getting out of bed to take our child to and from school. It was a horrible sickness and I had become vert dehydrated. My husband took me to the ER. A doctor entered our room. I described to him my symptoms and told him I was dehydrated and hadn’t eaten all week. He told me how he was also I’ll and throwing up in his trash can at his desk there in the ER. My husband and daughter were shocked. He spent two minutes in the room and left. Nurses came in and set me up with a saline bag. I felt much better...weak, but better. The bill came in. What should have cost less than $300 was charged at $800. The doctor was out of network! It was explained to me that the… Trump Administration had passed a bill that did not require out of network doctors to disclose that information any longer. I am screwed. I tried several times to speak to someone at this office. I was put on hold twice. Once, I hung up after 25 minutes and called back...to no answer. Another time, they left me on hold so long (again) until I hung up. When I called them back they were closed. Ridiculous. Court dates and threats. That’s what I am getting now. Perfect. Thanks a lot Doc.

Excellent pre op visit--surgery flawless-- and no pain with little to no meds. Smooth from start to finish. Also this practice has excellent online outreach -which makes onsite visit simple and without all the forms.

Have seen him for broken left wrist that had to have surgery and bone graft 7 years ago. Surgery and recovery very good. Have probably 95 0/0 of use. Good job Dr. Smith. Recently had FCR surgery on right thumb/wrist. Also went very well. Recommend Dr. Smith and should point out his staff most courteous and helpful.
