Dr. Brian Wesley Smith

I'm not one to write scathing reviews about anyone even if I'm dissatisfied. However, I'm only reviewing to warn other potential patients. Dr. Smith is actually a really nice and personable doctor. But when it comes to care, please go elsewhere. I think all he does all day is cleanings and has forgotten how to do basic bread and butter dentistry. If you need a crown and choose to do it here, be prepared for it to take hours and for your tooth to need a root canal after because he doesn't know what he's doing. He'll bumble around in there and come up with excuses and you'll believe it because he's nice. You've been warned. I'm not trying to be unduly harsh, but it's the truth. And don't even get me started on his office manager. How can someone whose main job is customer service be so bad? She is the rudest front office staff I have ever encountered. I'm not sure how she hasn't been fired for her treatment of patients. She must be family. When I called to make an appointment, she gave… a great loud sigh as if I'm inconveniencing her for making her do her job. Then impatiently barked out a few available dates rudely. This isn't an isolated event. I've been with Dr. Smith for a few years and each time I call in, I'm greeted by this same rude lady with the same rude behavior. I'm utterly appalled she's still there. I won't be anymore though, I've had enough.

I have been going to Dr Smith for over 10 years and decided to have my kids start coming to him and they immediately said he was way better than their pediatric dentist!! I didn't even ask them they just outright said he was way better!!
