Dr. Brian Aaron Smith, MD

I have always had a good experience at Dr Smith's office. If I have one complaint, it would be that I have a really hard time getting in touch with his office. Almost always do not answer the phone and I have left a couple of messages that were not returned. My overall experience with the treatment I get from the Doctor is great. He is very thorough and explains his diagnosis and why he is treating me the way he is. His PA that I saw as well is following in his foot steps and they both have good bed side manner

Dr. Smith and his nurses are nice and polite...front desk receptionist is not welcoming at all...I feel like I’m bothering her when I walk in. Greeting people, looking at them, smiling...it’s what a receptionist should do. I’m not sure I’ve ever noticed much kindness from her. Think about choosing someone else...it might make someone’s day...especially if they aren’t feeling well.

Me and my family love this office , my girls adore Elizabeth and we won't go anywhere else . They have taken time to help diagnose one of my daughters when specialist won't help

The office staff is okay however the doctor and the nurse practitioners are all very rude and not helpful. Even if your child is sick they won't prescribe antibiotics they like to wait and see if they get sicker before prescribing anything.
