Dr. Sorensen’s willingness to listen to my family’s concerns and observations and take a closer look saved my life.

My daughter and her friend were in an accident and I took them to the ER to have them checked out. Dr. Sorensen was the physician they saw. My daughter was seen first, all he did was listen to her chest. He did not look in her eyes, even though she said her head was hurting. He did not look at her back or get X-rays even though she said her lower back had a pain level of 8. He explained that all this is common with car accidents. He saw the friend next. He did not look at her eyes either. She had abdomen pain, so he did push around on her abdomen and he offered her a Xray of that area. Both girls have had severe headaches for the past week. My daughter's back and head were hurting so bad that I had her go to another dr. and that doctor said she did have a concussion and is watching her back closely. I feel that Dr. Sorensen did not give my girls the proper treatment that they deserved, or even care enough to look into their eyes.
