I had a recent surgery on my right knee and Dr. Steffin was super caring and listened to my needs and what I was feeling when I had pain before surgery-after surgery he was wonderful and caring I would not hesitate to see him again if the need arises!

I had an anterior right hip replacement in 2014 and an anterior left hip replacement in 2015 by Dr. Steffin. I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Steffin is an excellent surgeon and a very caring doctor.

Went to Dr Steffin for second opinion after a failed first knee replacement by another Dean Doctor. Had very long initial wait. In subsequent visits seems polite open and knowledgeable. Answers directly. Seemed a little cocky, Unfortunately his surgery was a failure too. The knee implant loosened quickly so now I am facing a third surgery on same knee. I think he may be technically sound but is too paint by the numbers and in a hurry. Very disappointed in the outcome.

After being told I needed my knee replaced,I wanted a second opinion. I went to Dr Steffin and he did all he could to prevent it from happening. And while I do have to have it replaced, I feel he did all he could to make sure that all other options were exhausted. He gives his honest opinions and thoughts on things. An excellent Dr. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an orthopedic doctor!!!

2009 met/diagnosed/surgery: outcome excellent. Limited pain/need for pain tablets. to date, i've met only 1 other dr. with as compassionate attitude towards outcome/understanding problems.He's especially efficient in surgery - only 45 mins = i had limited swelling & ease of regaining movement/recovery.excellent preparation by team/class prior to surgery - explanation of needs & exercises to be done/strengthening.Dr. Steffin has been given God's ability: such treasure.

Dr. Steffin is wonderful. Had both knees and one revision done by a different doctor. Never was allright. Saw Dr. Steffin for 2nd opinion. He was able to solve the problem and did total revision. He's terrific. Can't say enough good things about him.
