Dr. Brian Tau Swain, MD

If I could give negative stars I would.My daughter had gastric sleeve surgery by Dr.Swain and it has been horrible.She has been in the hospital emergency room multiple times and hospitalized once.She has not been able to hold anything on her stomach resulting in ER visits for fluids.Before Christmas we called Dr Swain's answering service.I told them I needed to get a message to him because my daughter was so sick and getting worse.I was told that the would give him the message on Monday which was Christmas Eve or I could call him on Monday.The office was closed!I stressed that he needed to get my message andy pleas were refused.Today is Christmas my daughter has been to the ER two times in 3 days.She is so sick throwing up it is ridiculous.Im trying my best to keep from crying in front of her.Dr. Swain and his staff have been rude and uncaring.I would never advise anyone to go to Dr.Swain! Anyone thinking of stepping into his office.RUN THE OTHER WAY!I could go on and on about the… horrible experience we've had while my daughter has been under his care.He also put her in the hospital and gave her Botox in her stomach.I waited on him to come talk to us after the procedure and he didn't.When my daughter was out of recovery I asked her what he said and her response was he said he already talked to me.So we can add lier to uncaring and incompetent.I have to put one star to be able to post this but I have made it clear how I feel about this man.I can't even call him a doctor because I consider a doctor as a caring person.

Excellent doctor but the whole hospital is EXCELLENT!!!!
