Dr Tierney is similar to having a best friend neighbor, with one exception. He is an amazing plastic surgeon that sincerely cares for each individual patient!

Dr. Brian Tierney did the first plastic surgery I have ever had. It was the best decision I have ever made. We had a consultation appointment where he showed me plenty of before and after tummy tucks he had done. He told me what would to be expected the day of the surgery and how the surgery would be done. He then explained the aftercare and how long I would be in bed which was not very long. The day of the surgery went by easily and was done with perfect results. I am so happy I chose Dr. Tierney to do this tummy tuck for me because after a few kids I could never get a flat stomach no matter how hard I tried. I wore a bikini for the first time since college and I was in my late 40's and never felt better about my body. No side effects. No problems after surgery. I had bi-lateral mastectomy with reconstruction after being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I was referred to Dr. Tierney and was so thankful I was! He did the reconstruction and did a great job, I had several issues and needed multiple surgeries due to how my body was reacting to chemo and healing, Dr. Tierney was wonderful and really went above and beyond, he did a wonderful job!!! The office staff are so sweet and caring, its always wonderful to go in there and feel like your with family! I Would recommend him and his staff. Very caring and great work!

After having a breast cancer diagnosis, we made the decision to have reconstruction. Dr. Tierney was recommended to us, and although I am just entering the reconstructive phase, I have been very pleased with Dr. Tierney and his staff. I find them very caring and attentive. They have been easy to contact when the need arises. I agree that sometimes the waiting is lengthy, but I have found that most specialists' offices are very busy, and some patients require more time than others. I look forward to this reconstruction after my mastectomy.
