Rushed me, kept saying let me speak whenever I was expressing my concerns about my health. Wouldn’t recommend

I had a bad experience with this doctor I kept thinking in my head “I can’t be the only one” and as you can see by the multiple 1 star reviews I’m not the only once he’s rushed, wouldn’t hear your concerns and interrupt you, very rude. Don’t recommend.

I called in about experiencing dizziness. He did not help me at all; in fact he made me cry because he responded “I don’t know” to every question I asked including when I asked “At what point should I be concerned about going in person?”. He also added that no one would be able to diagnose me. He ended up switching my diagnosis on the paperwork at the end too to nausea which I mentioned I only experienced once out of the couple days I’ve been dizzy. He did not care at all.

I had a very similar experience to the review below mine. I spoke with Dr. Toupin through MD Live and had a very poor experience. He was extremely condescending, and would not take the time to listen to any of my concerns. I asked him the simple question of how would I know if this is bacterial and not viral and his response was that he didn’t have all night to go through it all (mind you we had only been on the phone a few minutes at this point). He tried very hard to just push me off, and the entire call only lasted 3 minutes. Would not recommend.

THE RUDEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN MY LIFE. Didnt let me express my concerns, didn’t let me explain why I was asking for SIMPLY ANTIBIOTICS. He argued with me because I thought antibiotics would be the proper precaution to being exposed. He told me “I’m the doctor so I know what’s right and wrong you don’t know what you’re talking about.” Interrupted me the WHOLE 20 second phone call. I couldn’t say a single word without him interrupting. When I finally called him out, then he asks “what are your concerns.” Makes sense he’s in Florida.

Needed a prescription refill. Very quick and easy process and he was very nice.

Very Nice, understanding explained what was wrong and got me going in a quick manner.

Dr. Toupin was extremely empathic. He listened and was quick to assist me. Great experience, except for being ill.

Dr. Toupin was by far the best doctor I have ever interacted with; his commitment to excellence is clear and he treated my son with the gentleness that he needs given his severe cold. He understood that my son's cold was an emergency and required quick thinking and diagnosing. I wish all doctors could strive to be like him.
