Dr. Brian Curtis Weitz, MD

This so called "Doctor" should lose his license. He did to me what many are complaining about here. Ordered tests for me that were unnecessary, called me on the phone to berate me, he called the Police on me to do a "welfare check" even though I was just fine. But the kicker is this. I had been prescribed Nitro because I had open heart surgery. This is normal as my heart doctors said so. Brian Weitz would ask me if I needed more Nitro, and when I said Yes he acted like he called the pharmacy - but he didn't! He did this to me at least 3 times. No Nitro was ever ordered from Weitz. It was ONLY after he called the Police, and I called AV Medical Center to have my info REMOVED from their system, and got a new doctor. Suddenly my Nitro mysteriously appeared at the pharmacy! I really think Weitz WANTED me to have chest pains, or another heart attack, so he could prove HE was right about my health. What he did to me is absolutely ILLEAGL and he should LOSE his license. I have NEVER run into… such a corrupt Doctor in my life. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR - HE IS DANGEROUS AND A COMPLETE FRAUD!

Wow with a pandemic going on in the world, I called to get my blood work done and I wanted to talk to Dr. Weitz about a runny nose and watery eyes this spring. It seemed worse. It turned out I was more Anemic then I have ever been. The pills Dr. Weitz prescribed work immediately. I'm on day two and I feel better than I have felt in weeks.

He is a bad Dr. Played games to push his agenda. Didn't listen to me at all. I'd go in for one thing and he would push several other things that where even relevant. Don't trust him. He sent letters to the state embarrassing me. When I brought it up to the clinic they didn't do anything. Avoid him, his staff and Cedar Ridge Clinic Apple Valley, and Fairview system in general.

Terrible Dr. Cannot trust the guy at all. Just wants to make money and go.

Excellent Dr. I wish he was still my Dr. I moved out of state. Miss you.

RUDE, DISMISSIVE AND ARROGANT! Weitz was extremely dismissive. He would belittle me whenever I asked questions and he treated me like I knew nothing! A liar and a salesperson who pushes to jack you up with meds and procedures you DO NOT need!! DO NOT GO to this so called doctor! It's a shame that a person like him gets his title!!!

I originally went to Dr. Weitz with several symptoms of an underactive thyroid which my mother and grandmother have both been diagnosed with. I told Dr. Weitz that I had been researching my symptoms online and I thought that I, too, may have an underactive thyroid. Dr. Weitz was clearly offended that I had tried to "diagnose" myself and proceeded to tell me that he wanted me tested for numerous things including sleep apnea. He said that he was sure that my thyroid was totally normal but he would order bloodtests(the dr. who gave me a 2nd opinion commented that Dr. Weitz "had ordered almost every type of test that there is"...) - the kicker in all of this is that Dr. Weitz told me that my thyroid tests came back totally normal - however, when my "2nd opinion" Dr. ordered the test results from Dr. Weitz office the TSH result clearly was marked "H" - TSH was indeed high although Dr. Weitz had told me that they were completely within the normal range...same test results ... different… doctors. Thank God I refused the sleep apnea testing and sought out a 2nd opinion ... 2nd doctor prescribed thyroid hormone and got me on the road to recovery quick!
