Dr. Brian Ferrell White, MD

I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Brian White at CEENTA Southpark made me feel like he cared and wanted to help but to my surprise he filled my chart with lies. I suffer from a condition called IIH that is chronic and lifelong. Dr. White charted that I do not have active or uncontrolled IIH which is far from the truth. He also negated all my symptoms besides a headache and told me to seek further care with my primary doctor. When I asked that Dr. White amend my chart he responded by sending me a nasty email on the patient portal and continued to downplay my symptoms. I requested a phone call with Dr. White to better clarify my concerns. Dr. White called me from his office later that day and became irate and began yelling when I explained to him why I felt his documentation was incorrect. His aggressive and belligerent behavior over the phone left me in tears. I am extremely disappointed in Dr. Whites lack of respect and professionalism. I do not recommend seeing Dr. Brian White for… any of your neuro ophthalmic needs.
