Dr. Brian Jeffrey Williams, MD

I have been seeing Dr Williams and Caitlin Brewer for years. They are patient, caring and attentive. When I leave the office, I always feel well taken care of and that my opinions and concerns have been heard. I would highly recommend!

Dr. William's is a narcissist and thinks very highly of himself. He does not care about his patients. The worst doctor I have EVER encountered. Stay away.

The doctor I went to yesterday referred me to Dermatolagist today. He was so rude to me laughing at me telling me it was all in my head. I've never been treated that way in my life :-( I left in tears

I trust Dr. Williams; uber smart! The moment I walked into his office, he noticed redness on my scalp, which was one of the reasons I went to him, but I didn't disclose it. He also identified a cancerous melanoma on my face and caught it in time before it became a big issue. He knows his stuff. While he talks quickly, I felt like he spent quality time with me answering my questions and walking me through what to expect. I recommend him to my friends. He sees many members of my family.

I've been going to Dr. Williams for several years. He and his staff is friendly and caring. The front desk girls are usually very busy but always take care of me with a smile. Dr. Williams assistants are very knowledgeable and take the time to answer my questions and concerns. Dr. Williams, himself, does business with a smile and a great sense of humor. My first visit to him was with concerns of a skin cancer. I didn't have insurance so he worked out a very doable payment arrangement. My most recent visit was just yesterday and everything was the same; still caring, still friendly, still funny. Thank you Dr. Williams and staff for making me feel like a valuable patient.

I did not have a good experience at all. Every visit felt like he was very blunt, quick and speed talking so he could cram in as many patients as possible. He recommended a certain procedure and told me there would be no down time to recover. Well it took 6 agonizing weeks to recover and I couldn't even work. The wound wasn't healing and after 3 visits back to him with no results, I finally went to another doctor who gave me totally different instructions and it healed right up. The new doctor didn't think the procedure he recommended should have ever happened.

Dr. Williams was most friendly the first time we met, although he did seem in a hurry. I agree with some of the other descriptions, that he could come across as a little condesending and quirky. If you want funny, go to a comedy show. If you want good medical service, I don't think this is the place. Both my son and I had a difficult time getting follow-up care. The doctor and especially the staff were distant and mechanical in their dealing with us as patients. I felt like it was a factory, "get them in, and get them out. I will not return to this office, nor recommend it for anyone else.

Dr. Williams treats my children and myslef. I have always been able to get in with him last minute. He took the time to get to know my preteen children but did not waste my time, He did not charge me for all the procedures he preformed becasue he wanted to make sure I could save some money. He is the best Dermatologist I have ever seen. I read some of the negative comments against Dr. Williams and I am sorry to say that its very imature. If you do not want to pay your bills don't go to the doctor. It is our responsibility as patients to pay our copays. Next time stay home.

I think his stuff is way unfriendly I had to wait 45 mins to even be seen by him I think he is a freak and shouldnt be a doctor all he wanted to do is spray me with the bottle hello how much is this costing first.

The diagnosis took several days and when it came back as cancer I was notified. It took 4 days to get into the doctor. He removed the infected area quickly and when asked if he was doing margins he replied with a NO, didn't feel it was necessary. After 2 months the area had not healed and I scheduled a follow-up visit. The doctor took a quick look, less than 2 minutes, said it should head in time. Then they billed me an office visit. When I questioned this they indicated that they would credit my co-pay. They billed my insurance company though. Now 1 year later there sending me threatening letters trying to collect the office co-pay. The sad part, the skin cancer came back in exactly the same spot and thankfully another doctor successfully removed sufficent skin area so all of the skin cancer was caught. I've had no problems since. Dr. Williams is all about speed and money with little to no regard for patients feelings or concerns.
