Dr. Briana J. Rudick, MD

It has been five years since we saw Dr. Rudick and we now have two beautiful children. It was a tough journey but we were happy that Dr. Rudick was with us the entire time. She listened to her patients and sincerely cared about them. We received not only the medical support but also the emotional support from her. Without her help we won’t be parents today and we will always be grateful for that! Although all the doctors we encountered at CWRC were great, one suggestion I have for CWRC is that please make it easier for patients to connect with the staff, get the test results and do a better job following up with patients. Overall we recommend Dr. Rudick and CWRC!

Dr. Rudick is a very professional, kind, gentle, has amazing bedside manners, is very personable and is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. She alleviates and reassures the patient of their concerns. She understands the patient's needs and offers medical advice which benefits the patient. She is up to date with all the medical trends. Her staff works with her to make the patient experience stress free, comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Dr. Rudick, she has a great balance of being a medical professional and being human.

I just resumed my fertility journey with Dr. Rudick and it has been an uplifting, informative and very supportive experience. As a woman in her mid-40's, who is also plus size, I expected to hear I needed to use donor eggs (as adamantly stated by my gyn and another fertility doctor) and that I would need to lose weight, before any fertility treatment could be considered. Dr. Rudick mentioned none of these things. From my first visit she was very warm, optimistic, and supportive. She has ensured that at every step I completely understand all my test results and has explored all possible option with me. She is accessible for questions and makes sure her team is also. She has made me feel enthusiastic and hopeful about this process. Thank you Dr. Rudick.

Dr. Rudick, as the other posters have emphasized, is a terribly unsympathetic woman. She is only interested in easy cases and will cast you aside like garbage if your situation becomes too difficult. She's cold, abrasive, and totally disconnected from her patients. Please, please please do not use her nor CWRC. They don't really care about their patients at all and will leave you high and dry!

Dr. Rudick may be a very good doctor (I don't know - she is one of several I see at Columbia) but her lack of empathy is jarring given her chosen profession.

Terrible bedside manner. She never calls back. It's very hard to get in touch w anyone at Columbia. thought she was nice when we first met. I'm at RMA now and it's so much better

She was very courteous and really took the time to explain things to me during such a trying time. For the first time in a while I felt like I was finally starting to understand the big picture.

While I think Dr. Rudick is very (genuinely) friendly and accessible, the biggest problem, by far, is CWRC. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. And that can be dangerous. Dr. Rudick also has a problem with follow-up and next steps. Perhaps that's attributable to the general disorganization of the place. Seek treatment elsewhere.

I would not recommend Dr. Rudick to others.", is a very pleasant way of describing how Dr.Rudick speaks to and behaves with patients. It is unfortunate that she is one of the faces of CWRC and interacts with individuals who have been through enough and simply want a compassionate, patient doctor. When confronted with feedback, Dr. Rudick validates the above review by simply stating that other doctors may be better options for particular patients. Instead of actually attempting to make the interaction more humanizing.
