Dr. Bridget Elaine Ko

Dr. Bridget Ko is a board certified specialist in orthodontics and has received the honor of diplomate status by the American Board of Orthodontics.  Dr. Ko received her Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College and went on to complete her dental training at the University of Pennsylvania, receiving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2004.  She then completed two years of postgraduate training at New York University College of Dentistry where she received her certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.  While at NYU, she was a clinical instructor in Invisalign, and restorative dentistry.  Her research concentrated on the "Assessment of Skeletal Maturation Using Vertebral Dimensional Changes."
She is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO), Northeast Society of Orthodontics (NESO), the American Dental Association (ADA), New Hampshire Dental Society, and Massachusetts Dental Society.
She …serves on the "Board of Reference" for the Christian Medical Dental Association of Greater NYC, Dental Ministry.  
She enjoys oil painting, running (completing 10 marathons in the past 10 years, finishing in the top 100 Female USA runners for the 2005 New York City Marathon,) and spending time with her husband, Steve, a pediatric and preventive medicine physician and Master of Divinity candidate at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Boston, MA.  They enjoy participating in dental/medical missions trips, recently to Guatemala and Tanzania.
