Contrary to the reviews below, Lynch is both pleasant and knowledgeable. She greats both me and my husband and we have absolutely no complaints. She is so much better than our previous PCP

Dr. Lynch displayed few interpersonal skills, if any, in the 20 minutes I met with her. She seemed disinterested in me, and I am going to continue looking for a PCP with whom I feel comfortable.

She never makes eye contact…just charts on her laptop while she talks to you. Horrible bedside manor. I don’t know who s dropping the ball in her office but twice now I have sent multiple messages thru mychart and have never gotten a response. Completely unacceptable! I can see where the the message was seen by staff….but not one reply! Am not happy and will be looking for another primary care physician….I would not recommend her.

She doesn't care about her patients. I had her as my PCP (primary care physician). She called in sick to my appointment. I needed a refill on my prescription that was desperately needed for medical reasons that if not refilled, I could be out of work. She did not refill, I called the office numerous times, even the Medical Assistant marked my message as "high priority" and still it did not get refilled. I called again. I was hung up on. I called again, they marked my message as high priority. She doesn't care about her patients and I would most certainly not recommend her as a doctor. The healthcare is so bad in the is this area, it is just hard to find another physician in your network. Good luck.

I am new to Pres Senior Plan. Dr. Lynch was "randomly assigned" as my PCP. I was in The ER 10 days ago (a Friday morning). I was very sick with Bilateral Bacterial Pneumonia. The ER doctor treated me, as best he could, and he instructed me to make an appointment with Dr. Lynch on Monday morning. I contacted the office on Monday morning, and the receptionist wouldn't let me make an appointment. She kept saying, "But you were seen for this in The ER, right?" -- like 'why do you want to see Dr. Lynch about this?' I contacted Pres Senior Plan -- whoever I spoke to said that this would be looked into. I also filed a formal complaint. In the meantime, I have been assigned a new PCP. I am 70 years old -- I have never ever been refused an appointment by my assigned PCP before. Not ever.

Dr. Lynch always listens well to my concerns, addresses them very thoroughly, calls me even after hours to discuss test results, and is generally a pleasure to deal with.I was amazed to see the negative reviews for her here. I can only think she may have had difficulty with a heavy case load when she first came as a newly graduated resident. She is a fine doc.

Professional, thorough, Fantastic bedside manner

I thought it was just me. I've only seen Dr. Lynch for a few months but I always go away feeling disturbed for some reason, and then when I get home and reflect on it, I realize that I just did not feel respected in the appt. She is reluctant to prescribe meds. I was depressed over a recent serious diagnosis and she refused to prescribe antidepressants even though I've taken them many times. I don't believe she has read my medical record so she treats the "problem" as a snapshot of what's going on today without considering underlying factors. When I said I had read something in my medication's literature she kind of condescendingly said "Oh from what you read." Well, it is the literature that comes with the meds, after all. She's "courteous" but not very warm, as others have said. Maybe she needs more time to mature.

Not experienced, just outright unknowledgable toward using symptoms to find an Accurate diagnosis prompty, Far to much delayed service, patients illnesses are put to the side while symptoms persist. As for referrals or speacialists, patients are not a proirity at any time even in emergency illnesses. Does follow up at own pace, so do the speacialists she offers, months out at a time, for an appointment. Diagnostic referrals have delays as well in being processed & sent to radiology and labs.
