Dr. Duggan Is a very skilled and meticulous surgeon. She was correct with her diagnosis from the very beginning. She is very knowledgeable and highly respected in her field. Appointments can be difficult to obtain but she is definitely worth the wait. You should see Dr. Duggan above all others

Dr. Duggan was correct in her diagnosis from the very beginning. She put my fears to rest with her knowledge and expertise. She successfully performed my surgery and was very kind and compassionate. Her attention to detail exceeds all expectations. Appointments can be hard to get, but she is worth the wait. You definitely want to see Dr. Duggan Above all others.

It was a very positive and prompt appointment with Dr. Duggan. Her entire staff was great, too. She explained in detail answers to all my questions and listened carefully to what I had to say. She is a skilled, gentle and personable doctor.

I am very disappointed with Dr. Duggan and her staff. My mother is a recent patient, and I was alarmed that phone calls from Dr. Duggan’s office with pertinent medical information came from her front desk staff who have no medical training. My mother’s obvious questions in response were met with, “I don’t know. I’ll have to check.” Then, alarmingly, the end response was incorrect; by either translation or staff error. She is affiliated with a few medical groups, but don’t let that fool you; She is a ‘for-profit[‘ business. “Affiliation” means that your records, approvals, requests, etc. will be FAXED!!!!! When you call with urgent questions and she’s not available, there is NO ONE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. When she discusses your case with whatever medical group you’re affiliated with, SHE WILL NOT REMEMBER. Why? Because it’s sitting on the FAX MACHINE. And when you’re told that an order (of whatever nature) has been submitted, it’s our experience that it HAS NOT BEEN… ORDERED AS PROMISED. Even after several people joked about it being forgotten, it was FORGOTTEN! This is not a cold; It’s not the flu. IT’S CANCER! Seek competent medical care.

Blames her office staff for their failings which caused delays in scheduling a needed surgery. Answered her cell phone while in surgery and expressed anger at the call. 1) she gave out her cell phone number and 2) she could have let it go to voicemail. It's so unprofessional when a person in power blames those working for them. After all, she has the power to train them properly or hire employees with better skills. If you have a life-threatening illness, you don't need to deal with this kind of doctor. You deserve better.

I was a nervous when I found out that I had an 8cm mass on my right ovary...Dr Duggan came highly recommended and I could not be happier with her. She is a very caring,brilliant Dr that made me feel comfortable. Dr Duggan spent time with me and answered my questions. Dr Duggan is just AWESOME..
