Excellent, caring ,good AND communication

Unfortunately, I never got a chance to meet Dr. Hampton as a new patient. I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks ahead of time and the day of my appt., I arrived 15 minutes early to an office that was not open. I called numerous times to find out what was going on and the phone just went straight to voice mail. Finally, I decided to leave and wanted to try and reach out via phone one more time. I got thru! The receptionist answered and apologized that they were at a different office location. She requested me to come to that location immediately and they could see me. As I drove across town to the alternate location and entered the office, the "older" Spanish receptionist carried on a conversation over the phone and never acknowledged me standing there for well over 5 minutes. I took it upon myself to get a pen and sign the sign-in sheet that did not have anything to sign with. Another patient arrived and signed-in after me. The receptionist still did not acknowledge that I was… there, call the patient behind me and waited on her. After that patient was called back, the receptionist finally called me with a NASTY attitude and told me they don't have time to see me and I should have been on time. I explained to her what happened and that I was told to come there but she still RUDELY stated they don't have time for me! Needless to say, I was a patient for 30 minutes of wasted time and gas but I won't be going back.

I have been going to Dr Hampton for years and think very highly of her. I am a RN for 40+ years and know a good Dr when I see one. I moved from this area for awhile, but as soon as I returned to live here, I re-connected with Dr Hampton, since I haven’t found another physician to compare with her knowledge base and bedside manner. I highly recommend her to everyone who needs a thorough Internist to monitor their health. Office staff is nice as well. Vicki Schenkel, RN.

Dr Hampton's phone system is a disaster; in 2018 it was down for days multiple times. The referral process was slow and subject to regular failures. (Too bad because I liked Dr Hampton)

She is one of the best Dr I went to since I move to Florida. She is very sweet ,kind , careing ,she listen to me all the time and she don't rush me. I love Dr Hampton , she always looking out for my best interest health wise. She staff is always smiling and know that they are doing. A little misshap here and there but we are all human. But I thank God for Dr Hampton she is a doll, God bless you you my Dr and I truly appreciate and love you.

Great doctor!!!

Love this doctor and her staff. Her staff forgets nothing and are always happ,y, helpful and smiling. Phone calls are taken almost immediately. Very rarely put on hold or voicemail. Phone calls are returned promptly. Dr. Hampton is great. A true caring physician. Love the office.
