Everything about my experience was 5 STAR. Dr. Cook and his assistant Tiffany did an excellent job with both performing my Blepharoplasty procedure and all follow-up care. Could not have been more please. Don't wait to schedule, this is the right doctor for you.

Referred by Novant health. He’s been banned from some Surgeries due to substandard care. The office on Hickory Hill Ave is closed.

I have been seeing Dr. Cook for over a year. From the ease of making appointments to the bedside manner of every single staff member to working with Dr. Briggs himself I have been thrilled. The staff remembers my name, the office is clean and beautiful and the prices for services is appropriate. Dr. Cook is quick, gentle and friendly. They have a lifelong patient/client in me.

My late Grandma use to tell me "there is no fun in growing old". I often think of that when I see more and more gray hairs and the fine lines multiply. However I am going to do all I can to combat it thus my visit to Dr. Cook's. My experiences have always been positive and my expectations met. I was made to feel at ease and welcomed. While this is an extremely professional medical office, there isn't a "stuffy, uptight "atmosphere. I also like the fact Dr. Cook only "works on faces" i prefer a specialist vs. a generalist. I had an eyelift in 2014 and had great results with all that being said, I will continue traveling an hour and fifteen minutes for an appointment. While yes Grandma it is no fun. I will do all I can to enjoy it.

Dr Cook and his staff are wonderful . I see him every seven or eight months for Botox and it is the only doctor visit I look forward to !! Dr Cook is very professional and very kind and my results are always excellent !!

My visit went smoothly. I am a first timer. Dr.Cook told me everything I needed to know about the deeper issue at hand. May even be scheduling surgery at some point. My eyes and smile lines look a lot better than what tbey did. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the eye/facial area. He took his time and didn't get frustrated with my many concerns. I even went in the next day to get more of something done and to ask a couple more questions. Tammy and Tiffany were very sweet and always wore a smile. Dr. Cook worked within my budget as there was a special going this month. He did not try to up sale me at all. I am an African American young lady, and I was treated with no discrimination. The office is clean and very comfortable. Thank you!?
