Dr. Flanagan completed her residency training at Tufts University. She received her doctoral degree from Midwestern University. Dr. Flanagan earned her graduate and undergraduate degrees from Rivier College, graduating cum laude.
Dr. Flanagan is an active member of the community, holding multiple community and humanitarian awards for her work as a volunteer physician, ground support for special forces training and providing homeless outreach through medical educations. She has also received …recognition from the President of the United States for her service while on a mission in Singapore.
