Otherwise you will be rushed, ignored and then spoken to rudely for asking a question and waisting her time. Don't waist your time because you're obviously waisting hers.

I've gone to Dr Lorenz more years than I can remember. But today was my last day. Dr Lorenz herself is a very thorough doctor. Somewhat rushed but I always felt a good doc. However, her current staff and the current way her business is run is enough for me to go elsewhere. I went in for a verbal consult today regarding hormones, symptoms and medications. After waiting for 1 hour from my scheduled appointment time today, I was told the doctor had to take an emergency call and nobody knew how long she would be or if she would be willing to call me to conduct my consult over the phone. Besides delivering the news with little care or concern, I was offered no options like "I'm sorry, would you like us to call you once she's out and reschedule asap if she's not available to speak to you on the phone?" Nothing. So I left and asked if she would please call me. I never heard from Dr. Lorenz or anyone at the office as a follow up. I'm angry and disappointed to say the least. It's not a good… way to run a business or treat a patient, new or longstanding one. I won't be returning.

My visit with Dr Lorenz was very pleasant. She was warm and friendly and put me at ease immediately. She gave me all the time needed and answered all my questions most graciously. I highly recommend Dr Lorenz to anyone seeking competent and highly professional care.

I was sent to this doctor for a procedure that could not be completed in my primary care physician's office. The experience was less than desirable. It was an already a sensitive procedure and the occurrences during and after made it so much worse. I was not given anything to clean myself afterward, nor instructions for aftercare or what to expect. I was left to find out everything myself on Google. The doctor is very abrasive, speaks very fast, completes her exams and procedures very fast as well (and in turn, rough). I would strongly suggest a different doctor for your gynecologic care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lorenz for many years. I have always had a good experience. She is very caring and follows up promptly with any health concerns I have.

Worst experience. She made us go several times to the hospital for simple tests that she should be able to do from her office (ex. blood work). She had terrible chair side manner. She just talked at you and did not let you talk. Most of the things she said came out a mile a minute. Her partner that rotates with her at the hospital pushed treatment on us without giving us any reasons. Then because we questioned this partner that we saw for the very first time, Dr. Lorenz dismissed us from her office saying that we were bad patients. She even yelled at us. SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF AND DO NOT GO TO HER. TERRIBLE!
