Dr. Bristol M Williams

Dr. Bristol Williams did a gum graft for me due to my receding gum line. The results were very poor and showed little improvement. I then got a second opinion from another Periodontist, and I realized that Dr. Williams didn't present me with all my options. She failed to offer me the option of using my own gums for the graft rather than using a gum bank. This would have increased the chances of the graft being successful. A year later, I had the graft re-done by another periodontist who did a much better job. Additionally, I found Dr. Williams to be unprofessional in some ways. My follow-up appointments were always canceled by the office. They simply stated "she can't make it." When I was finally able to get a follow-up appointment with her, I had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment time for her to see me. She was also unresponsive to email inquiries.

I had an experience with Dr. Williams several years ago. Unknown to me my periodontist had left the practice. At my appointment I was greeted my Dr. Williams. My procedure was an extraction and implant placement. I was apprehensive because I had never met this doctor. Dr. Williams explained what she would be doing, asked me to trust her and promised I would be happy with the outcome. She kept her promise. No pain, professional. If I lived close to her practices I would still be her patient.

She was argumentative and refuse to give treatment due to the fact I felt offended by the questions she asked , she spoke to me as if I was dumb and stupid.
