Dr. Brittany M Conrad, MD

Brittany Conrad NP was an excellent provider. I have a family history of Breast Cancer and went to the High Risk Clinic to see what I can do to stay on top of my healthcare. She is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable.

I came to DMG with "foot drop", severe back and glute pain, and was seen urgently by Brittney Conrad. She did and exam and went over all of my history and symptoms including my history of headaches. She was very nice and helpful. She she to get an MRI of my spine and to see a surgeon urgently. After the visit with the surgeon I found I needed surgery but had to come off of be excedrine as it thins the blood and has delayed my surgery as I take this regularly. I was nervous because I constantly have headaches and migraines otherwise. The surgeon advised I needed to contact my GP to get a prescription for migraine meds so I wouldn't be suffering. I chose not to use that surgeon to operate as his reviews aren't good. I contacted Brittney Conrads office for a prescription for migraines while I'm waiting for the appointment with my new surgeon in a few days as I'm now suffering a migrain for three days now. Her nurses first contact back to me was to tell me to call my surgeon. I explained… that I don't have one as I'm not going to use the surgeon DMG stuck me with and I don't have an appointment with the new one until 9/4. They said they would call me back. It took a day and a half only for Brittney Conrad's nurse advised "Dr. Conrad advised she has no further recommendation for your headaches." I just saw this doctor a few days ago and she can't treat my headaches? If she didn't do a thourough enough exam one would think she would at least ask me to come back in again so she can do some blood work or try to get to the root of th problem but instead she "has no further recommendation." FAIL! Needless to say I'm done with DMG.
