Dr. Brittany Ann Mckinley-Holloway

I had a dental emergency from the medication Dr. McKinley-Holloway prescribed me. I called her after hours emergency number and had to leave messages. I did this several times for 5 days over the holiday week. I was never given a call back even after the office reopened. They don't even have an answering service just and answering machine. I had to seek medical care right away and pay for it elsewhere. When I finally got a hold of the office I was told "things like that happen. Prior to that emergency I went in for a regular cleaning which my insurance covers 100% and at that appointment they only took x rays and never cleaned my teeth. I was told to come back and pay over $900.00 out of pocket for four separate appointments to have a periodontal cleaning. They said I had to pay in advance for all four appointments. Even though I had my teeth cleaned 5 months prior. Then I was told I should pay the extra $200.00 a tooth for additional insurance on a crown through their office. I was… told if I got in a bad car accident and it was damaged their insurance would help. Seriously if I was in a bad car accident why say such an awful thing just to get me to buy their office insurance Then I was given a bag with a flosser and rinse as a "new patient" I was never told I would be charged extra for it and was charged over $100.00 out of pocket for it (I already had a flosser at home) They also encourage you to use their QR code to give them a good rating and give you a copy to scan. I am glad I waited especially after finding out what I was charged and not being cared for properly. Dr. McKinley-Holloway has never responded to me regarding my after hours dental emergency and why she never called back.
