Dr. Brittany Joie Moore, MD

Dr. Brittany does a great job for me every time. Sometimes I wait a few extra minutes in the lobby, but she's worth it. She never rushes through my appointment. The outfit she works for has always been a solid 5-Star. I've been with them for 10+ years. Zero complaints.

This review will surely be thrown out so it will be just as useless as Ms. Moores non-diagnosis. I came to KCOA to find the source of my hip pain radiating to my knee. What I got was a steroid injection , a back x-ray and a lifetime drug plan.No diagnosis of the source…just mask my pain. Honestly this was a second opinion visit. Both doctors I saw for my years long pain failed to see a body as an entire system. I ended up going to Cuyuna Regional in Minnesota where my PA was trained at Mayo and based on my symptoms description, did an x-ray on my knee and found a large bone spur that my IT band is rubbing across causing excruciating pain. He sent me home with a diagnosis and a plan to get out of pain. I will be having the bone spur shaved off at KCBJ. I continue to be astounded by the lack of interest and curiosity of many purported “specialists “.

Well, today June 6, 2024, I had an appointment at 2:15pm with Dr.Brittany Moore. When my husband and I got to the clinic, the receptionists were very FRIENDLY, PATIENT and HELPFUL!...When I was called to see Dr.Brittany Moore, her assistant Mrs.Melinda greeted us with a BIG SMILE!...Mrs.Melinda was VERY LOVELY, ATTENTIVE, FRIENDLY, COMPASSIONATE, CARING, PROFESSIONAL and she LISTENED to all my questions. 10 minutes later Dr.Brittany Moore showed up at the Exam Room and greeted us with a BIG SMILE as well!...Dr.Brittany Moore went through my entire medical report and asked me some questions and checked both of my hands and told me that I have all the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel. I was VERY, VERY IMPRESSED on how Dr.Brittany Moore treated me with so much PROFESSIONALISM, COMPASSION, CARING and SHE ALSO LISTENED TO ALL MY QUESTIONS AS WELL!... I'm VERY, VERY PLEASED and so HAPPY that I have finally found the PERFECT ORTHOPEDIC DOCTOR!!...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR.BRITTANY MOORE and her LOVELY… ASSISTANT MS.MELINDA!...A TRILLION KUDOS TO DR.BRITTANY MOORE & her LOVELY ASSISTANT MS.MELINDA!??????????????????????????

After primary care physician determined "what my hip pain was not," he sent me to Dr. Moore. With an x-ray and manipulation of leg and hip, diagnosis was made and three options for treatment were discussed. So very grateful for her expertise and time taken to ensure my confidence in her diagnosis and plans for recovery. Would recommend her without any hesitation.

Dr Moore listened and took care of my needs.

I saw Doctor Moore from July 2023 thru December 2023. I found her to be a very good listener , excellent with the ultrasound, and great bedside manner. Dr. Moore laid out a plan and I always had a voice when it was decision time. I’ve seen lots of doctors- Dr. Moore was never arrogant and she was the BEST ever communicating with me through the portal or picking up the phone & calling me. Rarely did I get a team answer- it was Dr. Moore answering my questions.

I visited 3 times and each time got the identical spiel and no progress. Tried to sell me on a stem cell injection that insurance does not pay for and is not proven to help ( was there previously w a client when it was touted as a cure-- I guess evidence didn't pan out). Most shockingly, I have one leg shorter than the other, due to a birth defect, and she told me this was NOT TRUE. Apparently all orthos before her were wrong and she is right. She did not take into account that my pelvis tilts to accomodate this anomaly. I felt she was somewhat dismissive and arrogant. She needs to work on her bedside manner.

I was very pleased with Dr. Moore and her knowledge. Dr. Moore explained everything to me and engaged in conversation with me, since I'm a Spinal Cord Injury patient with unique symptoms and health issues. She was very professional and offered advice for me. I have seen many doctors and Dr. Moore impressed me.
