Dr. Whitaker listened carefully to my frustrations with weight loss plans, offered a variety options with pros and cons including medications, behavioral change, and new strategies and recommended a book on intermittent fasting as an option. She demonstrated concern and caring, and ordered blood tests for a future appointment. I've already told two people about my very good experience with Dr. Whitaker.

I'm super impressed with the staff and team at Island Primary Care! I was greeted kindly by the front desk receptionist shortly after entering the facility. She was down to earth and relational. The assistant who took me back to the exam room was also super kind and fun to talk to. She was professional and really got to the bottom of my concerns before I even met with the Doctor. And speaking of Dr. Brittany Whitaker, what a tremendous individual. I was referred to her by my wife who ranted and raved about her being so professional and kind, and taking the health of her patients as a top priority. I had had a disaster of an appointment with a previous doctor so decided to go through the paperwork and make the change. I am so happy that I did!
