Always had a feeling that something was off. I started seeing Dr. Craig after moving to Tallahassee from South Florida. First alarm that went off was that Dr. Craig doesn’t check your teeth at every 6 month cleaning. I’ve never had a dentist not check them at every cleaning and I’m in my late 30’s. Second alarm is that when she does check them, she has to have an X-ray. Her tech told me so. Third, the dental hygienist I had cleaned my teeth with record breaking speed. And the nail in the coffin was when I went in complaining about molar pain and was told that I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown. Well now I’m back down in South Florida and my former dentist is appalled at how bad my teeth and gums have gotten during the time I was living in Tallahassee. And the “cracked tooth” is simply a loose filling that just needs replacing. Thank god I didn’t loose my natural tooth to an unnecessary, invasive, and expensive crown!

Dr. Craig is a compassionate dentist and provides quality care. Everyone responds to treatment differently and we are always more than willing to provide follow up care after any procedure if needed. We work with many insurance companies and their benefits vary greatly. Dr. Craig's staff is experienced and trained to work with these insurance companies. We work diligently on the patientsâ?? behalf to coordinate their benefits with these companies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we would like the opportunity to work with you.

Dr. Craig was very nice and explained everything very well, even while she worked on my teeth, however, the filling was over filled and left me with a lot of discomfort. If it weren't for her ignorant insurance handler, I would keep her as my dentist, despite the botched filling job. However, due to the lack of knowledge and/or work ethic of her insurance handler, I do not recommend Dr. Craig to anyone.

Dr. Craig is a brilliant dentist who is knowledgeable with great bed side manner. She listens and cares about her patients overall well being. I completely trust Dr. Craig's decisions regarding my dental care. I suffered from major "dental anxiety" for years which kept me out of the dentist chair. Dr. Craig calmed all my fears, by patiently answering my questions, fully explaining procedures and just overall making me feel comfortable as a patient. That meant the world to me. I am so thankful I found her. I will continue to be a patient and definitely recommend her to friends and family.
