Summary
I was born and raised in Long Island, New York. I completed my optometric training in New York City, and moved to the Seattle area to complete my residency training. I am currently living in Tacoma. After majoring in biology, I spent a summer shadowing an optometrist in my local area. Eye care seemed to be the perfect balance between the clinical and personal aspects of caring for a patient. I loved the fact that I could change someone's life by simply prescribing a pair of glasses.
