Had my initial consult with his office. Was met by Ellie who greeted me by name which is always nice. Very personable. Then proceeded to meet with DeLaynee, his patient coordinator who was fantastic. We talked, everything was explained, every question answered. Then Dr. Broc joined us. Made me feel so comfortable. Also answered my questions, assuring me that nothing I asked was silly. Finished with DeLaynee to review forms. Great follow-up. Feeling very confident to move forward.

Outstanding! I had a very minimal thing done and Dr Pratt his team made it feel like I was their number one patient! Dr Pratt even took the time to call me later on that evening to check on me. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease and he has an amazing team behind him!

Not only is he an amazing surgeon, his bedside manner is outstanding! I look forward to future surgery and procedures.

Plastic Surgery Charlotte, Dr. Brock Pratt, my initial visit was amazing, Dr. Pratt & his assistant DeLanye were personable, had great concern for my needs and mostly importantly how they could assist me.

Dr. Pratt is a very skilled surgeon. He has great bedside manner and he truly cares about his patients wellbeing, the results/outcomes of the surgery he performs, and patient satisfaction. Just for a little history, he performed a breast augmentation on me. Previously I had one with saline in 2001, switched to silicone in 2010, had them removed and had a lift in 2024 due to them being too large and heavy, as well as health issues (not sure if it was related or not). All three previous surgical procedures were done with different surgeons. After having nothing for a year I decided I wanted to go back to saline implants. Since I was unsatisfied with all of my prior surgeries, I took my time and did a ton of research. I wanted to get it right this time. Each time I had breast implants in the past, the surgeons never listened to me. I never got the results I wanted. Dr. Pratt did listen, he listened to me for at least 45 minutes to an hour or more during my consultation. He was extremely… thorough about everything including my medical history. I knew immediately he was the surgeon I wanted. Dr. Pratt worked wonders and I am so grateful and so happy, finally!! He took something that was so broken and had been through so much and turned it around into a complete success. I was very hesitant about going through it again because I didn’t think it was possible to get the results I wanted. I had some fat under my armpits from having the previous implants taken out and I was left with one breast larger than the other. One looked like it was wrinkling up due to the stretch marks from having 700 cc’s. They were pitiful. I honestly did not have high hopes but I guess I thought anything would look better than what I had, I just wanted the most skilled surgeon to do it. Well I found him! I am still amazed with his work, I don’t know how he made beauty out of the beast but he did. He did not make them too small, yet not too large, just right. I have cleavage that I have always wanted but never had and was told I could never have. I have a sense of self confidence for the first time in my life thanks to Dr. Pratt. He cut the fat from my underarms, and made my pitiful breast perfectly symmetrical again. They are no longer wrinkled and droopy. They look like they are part of me and they match my body. I am actually looking forward to wearing a bathing suit for the first time in decades! I feel like a new person. I also want to add that Dr. Pratt personally called to check on me the night following my surgery but I missed the call. So he sent a text message to check on me. Honestly how many surgeons call their patients to check on them? They have their nurses call but they don’t personally call….he does! I truly feel like he does plastic surgery because he has a passion for making people feel better about themselves. He has a fabulous staff as well. Delaney is so sweet, Leigh is the nurse and she is so easy to talk to and so thorough. She explains everything and she called me back immediately when I called. I wish I could remember everyone’s names so I could brag about them but unfortunately I don’t. But they are all wonderful and so welcoming. All of his staff members are gorgeous and he is a handsome man. Their personalities are just as beautiful as they are. I am beyond blessed and so very grateful thanks to DR. PRATT and EVERYONE at Bespoke Plastic Surgery! If you choose to go to him for whatever procedure you desire, I promise you will not be disappointed. You will thank yourself for doing the research like I did.

After reading numerous articles and reviews I decided to go with Dr.Pratt and the Bespoke team. One of the statements that Dr.Pratt made in his video about how “shape is everything” really made me feel confident about my decision to go with someone who would design the outcome around what I envisioned for myself. From my initial consultation, it was clear that Dr.Pratt possesses a remarkable understanding of body proportions. He took the time to assess my features and discuss my goals, ensuring that we were aligned on the desired outcome. His ability to envision the final result and communicate that vision was both reassuring and inspiring. During the procedure, Dr.Pratt demonstrated an incredible level of precision and artistry. He has an innate talent for enhancing natural beauty while maintaining balance and harmony in the overall shape. The results are nothing short of transformative. The care that I received from the Bespoke team was phenomenal! What impressed me most was his… commitment to achieving a shape that complements my unique features rather than adhering to a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone that I have met from my initial consultation to several follow-up visits have been exceptional and personable.

If you’re on the fence about exploring what this practice might be able to do for you… just do it. This entire office is nothing short of a dream. I gladly chose to drive 2.5 hours for my consultation with Dr. Pratt, and I couldn’t tell you how impressed I was from the scheduling, to the end of my consult. Honestly, I was super intimidated to even walk in this place. The website is stunning, everyone that works there is drop dead gorgeous, and the facility looks like something straight from a vogue magazine. You know what you can’t experience and fully appreciate until you walk into the door? Their absolute KINDNESS. They are authentically beautiful in their souls, so incredibly compassionate, and wildly passionate about their craft. As a domestic violence survivor, this body of mine has been through a lot. It’s a big deal for me to be completely vulnerable with anyone, and let’s face it… a plastics consultation for me was a really big deal. They made sure to move at my… pace, they were so gentle, and put me at ease at every step of that appointment. Dr. Pratt is obviously a masterful surgeon, it was easy for me to see his brain calculating carefully the very best custom recommendation as we discussed my concerns. He is the PERFECT combination of science based brilliance and phenomenal artist. Dr. Pratt and his superstar sidekick and coordinator Delaney, both cared enough to get to know me as a person. I left my consultation feeling hopeful, respected, and empowered. I will gladly drive past the hundreds of surgeons to get to Bespoke Plastics to work with Dr. Pratt and his team every time. I know now, that this is the place for me.

I consulted with Dr. Pratt about improving the texture on my face and neck. He suggested that I try Coolpeel. I just had my third treatment. I am amazed by the laser technology as well as the skill level of Debbie in his office. I am so excited by the results I am getting on both my neck and face!

I have 4 visits for "Coolpeel" treatments. I have had 2 so far with Debbie in Dr. Pratt's office. She is very skilled with the laser treatments. Little to no pain is experienced. She is responsive to requests and does her best to make the treatments effective. Also, she is very likeable and makes herself available for questions and concerns.

Excellent!!! Hands down for Dr Pratt!!! I will continue using his services over and over again!!!
