Dr. Brock Ward Brown

I went to Dr Brown for a tooth extraction. After numbing the area he immediately began working on the area before the anesthetic had time to start working! When I stopped him and told him he very aggrievedly told the assistant to just let him know when I thought he should proceed and stormed out of the room. I waited a half hour for him to return! He was very aggressive and caused undue damage during the extraction. I would stay far away!

Technician seems to perform a great deal of patient care and practice.

Dr. Brown is a very good dentist and I am very comfortable when he is working on my teeth.

I was given both a root canal and a crown from this dental office. The root canal procedure was painful and was attempted three times, before the revelation that the tooth had to be extracted. I also recieved a crown from this office. I was charged $450 originally, and within a week I recieved a letter from my insurance company stating that I should have only paid $263.00. I asked for a refund, and was denied and that I have a credit with the dental office and was due to my insurance over-paying. When does an insurance company overpay? Shortly after they provided a refund, and wrote me a letter, firing me as a client. Not even a year has passed, and the crown has lifted and I have a one tooth denture. I contacted the office to make it right or to refer to someone else due to the trust being broken, and I have yet to get a response. I would definately not refer this office to any friend, family member, or worst enemy.
