Doctor Evans provided me with the best care I have ever experienced. He spoke to me and treated me with the up most respect and even though I was a patient paying cash with no insurance he did not make me feel like I was a bother or burden. I recomend anybody that needs oral or maxillofacial surgery to use Doctor Evans in the future. I promise you will receive the best care available. Came into the office with terrible tooth pain not knowing what the problem was. Come to find out I needed to see a dentist instead of an oral surgeon. Dr. Evans was informative but very rude and inconsiderate about the condition of my teeth. Thats just disrespectful. Furthermore, all I had was xrays and an examination but somehow I was charged $100.00! That was WITH my insurance covering the xrays. No bill was given. Just a card receipt. Come to find out I owed nothing. I had to call and confront to find out that their charge was a mistake. They apologized and said they would refund it. No big deal. I waited 4 days before I spent money and as soon as I did I was hit with a $35 non sufficient fund charge from my bank. They NEVER refunded it! Had to call again but Im still gonna be out $35 for their MULTIPLE mistakes. Unreal! Never go back. Never recommend. Period.

Saw Dr. Evans in the hospital and in his office. Very caring, concern for eliminating the problem with minimal pain. Explained the procedure until I fully understood all aspects of the procedure including benefits, risk, and recovery. Would highly recommend him.

I was extremely anxious about having my tooth extracted under IV sedation. Dr. Evans and his staff were excellent! Great caring attitudes. Procedure was quick and painless. Highly recommend.
