Very great Brooke is the best

Brooke was succinct and efficient, depending on a patient's personality or wishes for an appointment this could be seen as a positive trait. If I'd had a sinus infection or acute illness and needed fast answers and care, I'd have appreciated that. The reason for my visit was to ask for bloodwork and explore reasons for periods of utter exhaustion, where I barely drag myself through days, have brain fog, fatigue and chronic pain (probably unrelated to exhaustion as pain is constant for years, however chronic pain can be debilitating and impede deep restful sleep). Brooke ordered a thorough round of tests, and I received an email the next day saying all results were within normal range. However at my visit, she said she'd call to follow up and discuss next steps. There was no phone call, only the email. So because my results are "normal", my health issue is nonexistent? Please don't tell a patient you'll call, and then not do so. Also brushing off anyone's desire for answers… about any health condition is incredibly demoralizing - I may have received this same approach from any provider - I don't know that it's specific to one.
