Brooke Humphrey

Brooke A. Humphrey is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) with over 15 years of experience in the mental health and end-of-life fields. She is passionate about guiding adolescents, adults, and seniors through the unique challenges of life and helping them live their own special stories. Brooke specializes in anxiety, grief and loss, end-of-life issues, and other life transitions. Brooke completed her Master's degree in Social Work at the University of South Carolina. Her educational experience, followed by her practice experience, enables her to guide and support her clients. Brooke utilizes multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing (MI), person-centered therapy (PCT), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT).
