Dr. Brooke Nicole Maylie, MD

I received professional care from Dr. Maylie during my treatment of alcohol recovery. I came to her when in dire straits, fearful of relapse. Her excellent care, and recommended medications prevented me from relapse and I maintained my long term recovery. She has great interpersonal skills, intuitive, and professional. I highly recommend her. This is coming from a person who has a 22 year sobriety record. I have seen several therapists, and Maylie gets it!

Dr Maylie appears to be inexperienced; she just says "Yeah, Yeah" a lot while she seems to be searching for the next question to ask you. I had filled out a form to get financial help for my medicine which costs over $400 a month. We had talked about this the previous meeting. But, she refused to sign my paper because she wanted to speak to another person in the office first. She refused to even take the form. Then she said she would get back to me in 2 weeks; because she is only in the office every other Friday!! I feel like she is not compassionate. And I feel like she is not supporting me at all. How can she when she only works 2 days a month!
