Dr. Brooke Denise Renard, MD

I have never been treated so bad by a medical professional.. Lack of compassion big time.zero bedside manner.. I was seen for something very traumatic..I would not recommend her to anyone...

Dr. Renard just removed my ovary. She was wonderful. Her whole staff is caring, and so nice. She is very straightforward, explaining everything well without dumbing it down. She listened to my concerns. My surgery was a piece of cake. I had almost no pain and healed well. I was definitely in good hands with Dr. Renard.

Dr. Renard is the best OBGYN I have had. She takes the time to answer and any all questions. She is so thorough with everything she does, has amazing bedside manner, and is truly the patient's advocate. She is non-judgemental with patient rights and cares what her patient wants. I just wish she wasn't just an OBGYN so I could see her for all my medical needs.

BEST PHYSICIAN, VERY CAREFUL AT ALL TIMES

I saw this doctor based upon a referral from someone I didn't know. I would not recommend her, or her office. When I was brought back to the exam room, there was bloody swabs and instruments in the sink from the previous patient - how Gross and Unsanitary!!! Gloves and pools of KY Jelly were left on the counter from the previous patient, and not cleaned up by the nurse when she brought me back (I am guessing she 'prepped' the room after I got in it, as she tore off the paper on the table after we were in the room). When I saw the doctor after my procedure, she got in my face and told me She KNEW I was talking with my primary care physician (which I had not, NOT EVEN ONE TIME) about my surgery and then went into great detail as to why this was completely unacceptable and how I should only speak with either her or other doctors within her own clinic. I hated her bedside manner - made me feel as if I was in trouble with my parents as a kid, rather than treated as a well-educated adult.… Her main receptionist was very rude, and I always breathed a sigh of relief when someone else answered the phone.

I saw this Dr. while pregnant, but had to switch mid-way she was so terrible. It took over 24hrs for them to return phone calls and I was getting migraines. Each visit I'd wait over an hour to go back to the exam room then usually an additional 30min. Didn't listen to my questions or concerns. I'd never return or refer a friend.

The wait to see the doctor is RIDICULOUS, every time. The waiting room is always packed and stuffy. Even during delivery, it took way too long for the nurse to be able to reach the doctor to ok my epidural. I was laboring without the epidural longer than I needed to. The wait to get out of the hospital afterwards was also stupid.

Definitely my style of doctor: caring without sacrificing efficiency; a clear communicator.
