Dr. Bruce Henry Albrecht, MD

I sought out MD Albrecht due to frustration with lack of ability to get pregnant yet still no answer as to why. He was able to diagnose my issues and address my concerns. His care plan is very individualized to my specific needs or issues. Entire staff met my needs and were extremely supportive no matter whether my need was emotional or physical. We were seen at his clinic for a year before getting pregnant naturally!! I am now 15 weeks and healthy as can be. Very grateful to him and his team.

If you are experiencing any type of fertility issues, go see Dr. Albrecht. Not only is he incredibly knowledgable about his field, but he is kind, compassionate, patient, and is able to explain everything in a way that you are able to understand. They are always there to answer any questions you may have, return every phone call, and will come in after hours if needed. Most importantly, they are your biggest cheerleaders throughout your fertility journey. Dr. Albrecht and his staff made our dreams come true.

We were so blessed to find this doctor. For almost two years we spun our wheels with regular OB's in our area and never felt like we were given the treatment we deserved. Dr. Albrecht not only made us feel absolutely comfortable, but he had solid answers for us. We were so blessed to finally become successfully pregnant naturally and we truly owe it all to him and his staff.

Terrible, nightmare of an experience with this clinic! They were disorganized, negligent, and caused us to have to cancel a cycle the day before retrieval due to their own error. I would stay away despite Dr Albrecht's kind hearted nature. This clinic is a disorganized mess.

Me and my husband chose this clinic for our first IVF cycle because we really loved Dr Albrecht's humble, kind, and wise presence. I always try to make the best of things and be positive, but what we went through with this clinic was a total nightmare and I'm saying this with a sense of care and protection for others who are looking for a really safe place to do their IVF, as it's such a difficult and stressful thing to go through! They knew my husband had HEP B for 6 months before our cycle. They asked for his viral load right before starting our medications, after we'd already ordered them, acting as if this was just a formality. Then they let us know, just days away from egg retrieval, after weeks of heavy duty meds, that they couldn't handle his Hep B viral load and that we would should cancel the cycle. We were totally shocked and they had already billed our insurance $9000 for medications! The most upsetting thing was that after admitting to their mistake, Dr Albrecht only… made one phone call on our behalf, and by then it was too late to save the cycle. We did many many calls ourselves to see if there was any other clinic who could handle the HEP B and found two, one was 5 minutes from Dr Albrecht's clinic, but they said they would have checked on his viral load 6 months ago and began medications before even starting a cycle with us, and advised us to cancel the cycle too. Both clinics also said the medication protocol Dr Albrecht had us on was not monitored well and wasn't progressing me as well as they would have, both said they would have stopped all suppressant medication days ago, and that despite my high AMF, I only had 8 follicles and estrogen at 66 on day 7 of stims (very low), but Dr Albrecht hadn't said a word, and was away at a conference that whole week . The Albrecht staff was kind, but also very disorganized; one person would say they would tell someone else, and they wouldn't. We always felt we had to babysit them at each step of the way and always felt they were understaffed. Sorry to say, I wouldn't send my worst enemy here :( Sorry to say, after 6 months planning and a month of terrible physical and emotional turbulence, we are starting from scratch, likely with CCRM.

Anne Cook the scheduler is one of a kind! It's a good feeling to know that there are still compassionate and sincere people out there! Anne went out of her way to bring me my "new patient package" at my house prior to my visit! When l call the office, she is always helpful and pleasant!. Dr. Abretch is phenomenal!

I can say that he is not "one of the best" but he is the BEST Dr I have ever met. He was patiently listening to my medical conditions and answered all my questions. His diagnosis was absolutely right and he fixed all my issues. A cute baby was in my dream but he made my dream true!!! Now the little angel is nicely sleeping next to me while I am composing this review. His bedside manner is super excellent. He comforted me while I cried in his office. All the staff working there are very helpful and friendly, responding to calls in short time. Highly recommend to everyone!

I was referred to Dr. Albrecht by a friend of mine who also has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). I had already been to two nearby infertility clinics and was essentially told that I was extremely polycystic and would need to jump straight to IVF, or possibly IVM, in order to get pregnant. When I went to Albrecht Women's Care, Dr. Albrecht came up with a list of five or so protocols that he would recommend trying prior to going to IVF or IVM. I was immediately encouraged by his optimism in treating me in a less invasive manner. In addition to that, Dr. Albrecht spent a great deal of time teaching me more about PCOS and giving me recommendations on supplements to take in order to improve my health and manage the condition. He stressed the importance of managing PCOS, not just when trying to get pregnant, but for my entire life. Every doctor I had talked to prior to that had merely tried to "cover up" the PCOS with birth control pills. It was refreshing to talk with a doctor who… wanted to help treat and manage the underlying cause of my infertility. After deciding to proceed with Dr. Albrecht, we had the opportunity to get to know his amazing staff. Everybody on his team is kind and caring, all the way from the time you walk in the door to the time you leave after a blood draw. On top of that, they are extremely compassionate to the plight of women who are trying to conceive - several of the staff members have experienced infertility first-hand and I find that their experiences make them all that much better in providing excellent service. I can't say enough for Traci and Kathy, the two nurse practitioners at Dr. Albrecht's office. They bring different experiences and personalities to the practice and they compliment each other perfectly. Laura in billing/IVF is extremely kind and patient when explaining treatment options and ways to help save me money through treatment. Dr. Albrecht is most definitely an expert in PCOS and you can tell that he is in the business because, above all, he wants to help women start their families. With all of this, I can truly say that I feel like everybody in the office is rooting for me to get pregnant. I originally visited Dr. Albrecht's office for help in conceiving, however I like him and his staff so much that I have switched over to see him as my regular gynecologist. If you are looking for a smaller practice where you are a person and not a number (like at some other clinics in the area), I cannot recommend Albrecht Women's Care enough.

I came to Albrecht Women's Care after a bad experience at a "baby factory." I was desperate for a doctor and team that would treat me like a person going through one of the most trying times of my life, and would answer all of my questions and give us personal care. I found them! Dr. A and his team made our experience through infertility so much easier. The first time we met with him, he took an hour and a half with us, answering our questions and never indicating that he was impatient. He even stayed after hours! We left feeling so much better, and like we had a plan. The nurses there are the most caring, responsive staff I've ever been around, and are great about responding quickly, answering questions, and being on top of things. I am so grateful that we found Dr. A and his team. We are now pregnant with our first child, and owe it all to them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to start a family, and wants personalized, compassionate and top of the line care.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Bruce Albrecht, his staff, and the overall experience we have had with him over the last 2.5 years. He has set the standard for bedside manner, quality time with patients, and genuinely cares about his patients. His staff is equally amazing. You will never be treated as just another patient in this office...everyone becomes invested in your journey. I consider Dr. Albrecht and his staff a part of our family...as they helped us go from a family of two to a family of three.
