Dr. Bruce Bedingfield, DO

I do have to say all of the doctors' at the practice are pretty good. My only grip is the receptionist calls you and wants you to confirm an appointment. Then proceeds to tell you if you don't respond, your appointment is not guaranteed and you'll have to pay a $25 fee if you don't show up. Not exactly friendly or the way to do business. They need to change their policies and rules regarding that. If not, at least have some respect not to leave that type of a message on a patients voicemail.

My children have seen Drs.Bedingfield andRosewell since birth and both of them arefabulous doctors!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone. I especially like that they have 2 waiting rooms, 1 forsick and 1 for healthy children. It is worth any wait, as they do their time and not rush you out the door.

All of the doctors, nurses, and staff have been very friendly and caring everytime I have gone there. They really care about you. They listen to what you have to say and are not overbearing at all. The only thing that I dislike is the wait time when you actually check in and are waiting to see the doctor. The past two times I arrived a little early, and I still had to wait 45 minutes after my actual appointment time for my daughter to be seen.

All the doctors in this office are great, wonderful and caring. The admins are okay during the visit, but can be especially rude when you call on the phone. I just have to get past that to have them as my childrens' pediatricians.

Dr. Bedingfield always answered our questions patiently and with empathy and concern. He was one doctor who I felt really listened to our concerns and acted on them.
