I seen Dr. Bruce Berger in 1992 for three long days. Early in the morning until around five that evening with nothing but a lunch break. I had some serious problems with a mental health center from another county. They had me diagnosed with schizophrenia, depression, borderline and avoidant personality disorders. They had me severely medicated on antipsychotics and antidepressants for nine long and terrible years. Five times in a state mental hospital and just as many times in area psychiatric wards. Cutting my wrist and having it stitched up to having my stomach pumped out. For at least two years all I would do was lay in bed while staring up at the ceiling half the day. Needless to say I wasn't at my best. Dr. Bruce Berger thoroughly examines me for three long and enduring days. Rules out schizophrenia, depression and borderline personality disorder. It turned out all I had was a schizoid and avoidant personality disorders. He not only got me away from the mental health… center, but got me back on my feet. And it only took him three days. It's been twenty-eight years now and I haven't been to therapy or been on medicine since. I am maintaining my job and have built a nice home. I owe my life to Dr. Bruce Berger. If it was not for him I would haved committed suicide by now. Thank you Dr. Berger. As long as I live I'll never forget what you have done for me. You saved my life. Thank you.
