he lied to the insurance carrier about giving my partial dentures to me which he did not because they weren't the ones I wanted him to make.. Gave it back and asked that he contact the insurance carrier and send them back their money...which he did not so I did and he lied to them and said he gave me both upper and lower partial dentures and now the claim is in the attorney generals office because he kept money he did not earn and it was more than 1,000.00 dollars

Kept saying that the work was covered by insurance then when all the work was done they said I owed at least $500!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Braverman since moving to the area a few years ago. The staff is friendly. Dr. Braverman talks through the process and works to ensure that everything is as painless as possible. My daughter started going there when she was three, and she loves the dentist! Overall, just a great experience.

He is always trying to sell extra work and has no bedside manner. He is rude.

I was flabbergasted to see a professional conduct himself in such a manner. He was very rude and his bottom line was money! His work on my teeth was horrible and I had to go to another dentist to have it fixed. The office is dirty and he has a dog running around the supposedly sterile equipment. I would never patronize this dentist again, and I suggest you don't go there neither. If you want to save money and save your teeth find another dentist! He sucks!

Dr. Braverman is very arrogant and his bedside manor is disgraceful! It's hard to believe he is still in practice! The office was dusty, unclean and dated. There was a dog in the office and as soon as I sat down in the waiting room this little mutt jumped up on my lap. I like dogs but I don't want to see them in the dentist office why the dentist is digging in my mouth. I was disgusted and I probably should've left his office then, but It was Christmas eve and I knew I wouldn't be able to find another dentist in such short notice. He didn't do what he was supposed to do to mouth instead he called himself chastising me for going to another dentist. I haven't been to his office in 3 years because I was going to a dentist closer to my job, but had decided to start going back to him when I made the appointment. He was so unprofessional and they couldn't pay me to patronize his dentist office again. I suggest anyone who prefers a clean, sterile, pet free and professional establishment… not to go to his office in Thorndale because you will be very very dissatisfied and you might leave the office with flees, or something you can't get rid of!!!!! #disgusted and dissatisfied#

My son's dentist had recommended some major dental work when he was 4 years old. I went to Dr. Braverman for a 2nd opinion. He recommended a different, less intense course of treatment. We decided on continuing treatment with Dr. Braverman. That was 10 years ago. My family and I all are patients. If you want a good, knowledgeable dentist who is going to be completely up front and honest with you, Dr. Braverman is for you. The office staff is nice and helpful and I would never even consider going elsewhere. Usually don't write reviews but when I read the others, I decided I would because my experiences (over 10 years) have been very, very different.

My husband & I have been seeing Dr B for almost 17 years without any of the other's complaints. He has always been respectful, friendly, explains what he is going to do & the cost. 1 time he forgot to tell me the cost & when I got the bill, he waived all but cost of the office visit. As an RN, I don't find anymore 'money grubbing' than most drs or most people. My 1st visit was right after we moved here-my crown came out. Even tho I was in my 40s, I had never seen another dentist except the 1 I grew up with. I told him that & that I hate going to the dentist & don't trust any & he replied then he guessed he should earn my trust. & he has...if tells me he can do a cavity or drilling & I shouldn't need novacaine (which I hate) I have go ahead & he's never been wrong. Each other's always gets a nice little 'gift bag' when they get their teeth cleaned. My husband likes him too.

There is no doubt that this man is only interested in getting as much money out of a patient as possible. He and his staff are idiots. I would never go back to this office under any conditions, he is vile and disgusting.

This office was disgusting. The staff is amazing however the dentist is a complete A-one. He is extremely unsanitary, rude and unprofessional. I would love to see the board of dentistry to come into see the way he does things! Do not go here!!!!!
