Dr. Bruce Lewis Buchsbaum, MD

I have not yet had a negative experience with Dr. Bruce Buchsbaum or his staff. They have always been courteous and helpful as I have to drive 30 miles to see him. I appreciate his direction and supervision of my care as I have only one kidney left to work with. I am not aware of anything he has said or done to be hurtful or discouraging to me in anyway.

I thought he could be rude some times. Also when I was pain daily, and my brother was willing to donate a kidney he keep trying to push the date back until we started talking to another hospital in Omaha. Ive had other kidney doctors I could get a long with much more easy and showed more compassion people on dialysis. He asked me what meds he prescribed two week prior I would think he would have that info handy.

States things to other Dr that are not true stating that the patient is not following the treatment plan when they have been following everything that was asked of them, and even volunteered to do more. The office people also lie and charge for appointments that they cancel and then cannot make before the end of the month.

The person making the appointments on multiple occasions has been rude and tried to blame us when there were no appointment times because the DR is always out of town on extended trips. Today she literally yelled at me when I tried to make an appointment Choose a different clinic where people care.
