Dr. Bruce Carter and his staff were absolutely the best!! From the first phone call to the one year checkup, it was a positive experience all the way around!! I was well informed and pleased with the atmosphere. I was shown videos, given web sites to reference and received all the information I needed. I get anxiety and panic attacks and informed them of my condition. I was nervous and Dr. Carter and staff made me feel so much more at ease. I was surprised at how easy my procedure was!! He is very cautious even getting instruction what things I couldnt eat or take prior to, and after surgery. I was told I couldn't smoke for a few weeks before and after my surgery. This was so the blood flow was not restricted to the surgery site. I not only quit for surgery, but decided not to start again. I did exactly as I was told before and after my procedure and I couldn't be happier with the results!! The results were not just what I wanted, they were better than I could've asked for!! I would… highly recommend Dr. Carter to anyone looking for plastic surgery. If I decide to have more work, Dr Bruce Carter will be the go to guy!!

Dr Carter is artistic with injectables. Highly recommend him. I can't imagine someone not being pleased with the work he's done.

I would not recommend Dr. Carter. He performed my breast augmentation and I was very unhappy with the results. He did not listen to what I really wanted and instead seemed to just do the job that he thought was appropriate. So, I ended up a size and shape that I never said I wanted to be. He did offer to perform a revisional surgery at half price to attempt to improve the results; however, I did not want to go through another surgery when I was not confident in his abilities to give me the results that I was hoping for. I instead went to another surgeon with extensive experience in corrective surgery. I have since spoken with another of Dr. Carterâ??s patients who is also looking for a surgeon to re-do her augmentation.

I've been a patient of Dr. Carters for over 8 years and have always found him to be professional, kind, helpful and overall a great doctor and surgeon. His office is inviting, his staff are friendly and helpful. Overall I've had a great experience and will continue my relationship for many years to come.

I've been afflicted with gynecomastia (swollen nipples, man boobs, ect...) since puberty and now approaching 30 I finally decided to do something about it. I have had very little experience with doctors period, so needless to say the prospect of voluntarily subjecting myself to surgery was a new and slightly scary prospect. I really had no Idea what to expect. I did all the research I could prior to scheduling a consultation and I found no shortage of internet denizens warning me about surgeons who didn't know what they doing and other various horror stories. So it was a great relief to find out that Dr. Carter had no such pitfalls. He was friendly, knowledgeable and every area of concern I had prior to and after the surgery was addressed and answered to my satisfaction. His staff even fielded some questions I had from home. Most importantly I am pleased to report that the surgery was a success! In life and in surgery it is important to manage your expectations however it is hard to… mask my Joy when I look down and see a normal looking chest. For the most part however I just don't notice it, which I think is the best compliment I can pay Dr. Carter. I'm not obsessing over it anymore. To be perfectly honest I chose Dr. Carter based on proximity to where I live but knowing what I know now I would have gone to him even if I lived out of state.

Dr. Carter and his staff were amazing! No regrets! They were all very professional and caring. Dr. Carter listens to your wants, concerns and questions. I didn't feel pressured or like "just another patient". He seemed to believe in natural looking outcomes, which was my goal as well. I felt cared for through the whole process.

Dr. Carter was absolutely amazing along with everyone that worked at the office. My experience was great! I couldn't have had everything go any better than it did. He spent a lot of time with me making sure he was doing what I wanted and explaining how it all would happen. I have zero regrets! Great great doctor!

I hope this review helps save someone from years of emotional pain that I've experienced. If you're considering having a rhinoplasty with Dr. Carter DO NOT do it. Unfortunately, I did and it has proven to be one of the worst decisions of my life. I've spent 9 years, 4 surgeries, and 5 times the amount of the original surgery fee to try and correct a bossae and other issues that were caused by my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Carter. Please, please listen to this advice and go to a rhinoplasty specialist or better yet just don't do it! I would give almost anything to go back in time and never have this procedure done. Believe me, it is not fun to have strangers stare and whisper about your messed up nose every time you go out.
