Dr. Bruce Edward Conaway, MD

I have seen this doctor since I started with Allegheny health network about two years ago I wasn’t sure about what he said so out of pocket I paid to go see my old cardiologist that I’ve been with for 15 to 20 years to get a second opinion when I needed to get my prescription refilled that kind away had written and I found that expired by 10 days I called and left a message with his nurse when she called me back unbelievably instead of saying to me I would need to make an appointment with Dr. con away because I hadn’t seen him in a whole year she told me to go see the other doctor because now he was my new cardiologist basically telling me to go to helloooooo! Again so much for customer service because of people like this instead of signing back up with Allegheny health I’m going back to UPMC as I said before never in my life have I ever been treated like this

Horrible bedside manner. The only reason I saw him again was because all the other doctors had full schedules for the week. He totally treats me like nothing I saw matters and doesn't take any time to figure out what is going on. He told me he would be back and I had more questions for him. He sent the nurse back in to tell me I could leave. Then he sends a bill for $370?! What a waste.

Went in for back and leg pain and was told to go to Advanced Pain Medicine. Don't get me started on that place! Dr. Conaway has the personality of a lump of dirt! He does not spend much time with you or ask very many questions. I feel like I'm an inconvenience. My husband went in for a physical and he even commented about his bed side manner or lack of.
