Dr. Bruce Leroy Fetterman, MD

Dr. Fetterman’‘s manners and patience with children is absolutely awful. my son has issues with things going in his ears so it requires a doctor to have patience. Our previous dr. Did and was able to help my child. Dr. Fetterman’s response was that he couldn’t help my son if he wouldn’t hold still. The doctor did not try to connect with my so , only told him to lay back on the table. Then he had the audacity to say we needed to go somewhere else like LeBonheur‘s ENT. That’s exactly what we will do. And I would suggest that if you have a child, do not take him or her to see this doctor. They will take your money and not provide you any services.

Thought ENT meant ear, nose and throat. Apparently NOT. This guy is a JOKE!!! Worst doctor I've ever seen.

Dr. Fedderman was rude, condescending, incompetent, and accused me of wasting his time. I have had three weeks of persistent pain in my head and now ear. Two doctors have referred me to an ent which is why I came here. The last doctor I saw a week ago diagnosed me with a severe amount of fluid behind my left ear drum. When I saw Dr. Fedderman he implied repeatedly how stupid the doctors are at places like kroger saying all they do is write scrips for things that don't exist. He said my ears looK fine and that he knows absolutely nothing about sinuses or headaches, etc. Then he proceeded to accuse me of telling his nurse that I wanted to see him instead of an ENT which absolutely didn't happen. I am shocked. I wish I could rank him negative 4 stars

Dr. Fetterman is wonderful. Patient, listens, gave ME as much time as I needed to understand my problem. The only problem with this office is the front desk is sort of rude and that's unnecessary. I referred a friend and I was embarassed when they were rude to her, too. When a patient really needs to see a doctor and is willing to see another doctor, the front desk needs to tell them that this office requires that the patient transfer their records to the other doctor....no need to be rude about it or refuse to help the patient. Customer service is everything and too many people need a job to keep staff like that insulting patients. .

This doctor actually cares about his patients!! He was so kind and understanding in letting me tell him what was happening with my ear and did not try to but in as I have had so many doctors to do. He knows more than any doctor I have been to. The Audiologist is super too.

He is the best that I have been to concerning the Meniere's disease that I have.

The exam was extensive and thorough. Dr. Fetterman was professional and warm and friendly. He explained everything in detail and gave me a level of comfort about the findings as well as the treatment. I was VERY pleased with the way in which I was cared for by Dr. fetterman and his staff.
