Overall, can't complain

My son was in Huntington Hospital with severe asthma, we called Dr Gerberg, and he couldn't be bothered to come to the hospital to see my son. Poor bedside manner. Dirty Office, unfriendly staff.

he is nice and caring and roxs

My son had a bad bad ear infection and he refused to give him an antibiotic. the next day my son was none stop crying from the pain. I had to go back to the doctors office and he still won't give an antibiotic. Plus I got charged the second day to come in again after I was just there the day before. Gave me such an argument that I said If I have to fight to get an antibiotic for my child he would not be my kid's doctor. When I decided to leave and wanted my medical records they charged me for ever page they xeroxed to be spiteful. Plus I don't believe he went to med school in US. Don't want a doctor for my child that couldn't get into a US med school. not good.

In my opinion poor staff and just ok doctor. Did not address issues quickly enough

My child is a patient of Dr. Gerberg's for over ten years. Dr. Gerberg is an excellent doctor. I have never had any difficulties obtaining an appointment even when needed on the same day. The staff has always been courteous and super helpful. Paperwork has always been competed promptly, on the same day requested, and at no charge. Dr. Gerberg is extremely caring and has a gentle bed side manner. He is not over aggressive when it comes to medications and listens to my child. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend him.

This doctor is good but the person handling billing and appointments ( Courtney) is a nightmare.

My kids love him, he puts them at ease and they love when the Dr's own children show up at the office! 11 years ago he was thorough, saw something unusual, didn't hesitate to send us to specialists and sadly our daughter was diagnosed with a brain tumor. She's doing really well and he continues to be our kids dr. Easy to get appointments when kids are sick. I've recommended him to friends and everyone has thanked us.

Dr. Gerberg has been treating my son for more than a decade. He is caring, thoughtful and thorough. He is a true doctor to the core and genuinely cares about the patient and the family. Being the daughter of a doctor myself, my standards are higher than most. I have always been impressed with Dr. Gerberg's medical practice.

This doctor refused to give my child an antibiotic and my child ended up getting very very sick. This doctor doesn't care about patients, only cares about money. Don't use. Save yourself.
