Dr. Bruce J Gould, MD

I have been a patient for over 20 years. This man is a great physician and does the utmost for his patients.

He cares NOTHING about people unless you do what he wants. He was awful to my Mom and wouldn't help her just because she wanted to think about treatment for a few weeks. He never looked at her chart from the drs at Emory, he just went by what one dr wrote down, he should have reviewed her entire profile and looked at scans. She had bone cancer in her hip, one day at her appt he saw how bad her leg was swelled and sad there is nothing i can do except make sure there is no blood clot, test done and tech told us no clot, 2 weeks later we called him told him it had got worse and he even heard her screaming over the phone in pain and said its a process she will go through. Two days later she was rushed to ER foot and leg turning black, she had cellulitis a blood infection going through her whole body and when ER dr called DR Gould his words were i told her there was nothing i could do except put her on hospice for the pain, she was far from needing hospice. Worse dr we have ever seen and… just plain dont care and has no bed side manners. I still want to go to this day and have a heart felt talk with him about what helping people is all about.

The only words to describe this doctor is disgusting! I should have know from our first meeting, but I was too overwhelmed. He has no idea how to deal with a young person. His staff has no class. He wouldn't know what a smile was if someone drew it on his face. How he has stayed in business all these years is incredible. I just hope his family needs an oncologist and finds one as uncaring,miserable and unsympathetic as he. You are a disgrace!
