Dr. Bruce Martin Greenspan, MD

I have been a physician in the Lehigh Valley for many years and Dr Greens[pan has been my personal ENT. I have always had respect for his professional skills, both in caring for my own patients, as well as for myself as a patient. I recommend him highly.

Dr Greenspan is EXCELLENT. His office staff needs to be more friendly and polite.

I should have known they were in a league of their own when I never got that call confirming my son's appt. From the second we walked in the door, the weirdness began. The office smelled, the staff was rude, most concerned with getting their "pink pen" back such that it was mentioned to me twice even while still using it to fill out their forms. The doctor was totally unengaged and seemed very uncertain as to the problem saying "think" over and over, uncertain to come to any definitive diagnosis or prognosis asking me if I wanted him to do this or that rather than telling me what he felt prudent to be done. The trepidation I sensed on the part of the doctor called me to exclaim, "you seem unsure," to which he responded, "it's been a long day." The grand finale came when he yelled at me for bumping his "$2000 scope!" My son and I just walked out without any goodbyes and looked at each other and said, "that was one weird experience!" Off to get a real medical consult.

This doctor did not answer any of my medical questions. This was by far the worst doctor visit I have ever had with a doctor. I came prepared for the appt and was blown away by the doctor's total lack of interest in hearing my symptoms. Absolutely no bedside manner.

His staff is rude and unprofessional, He is very patient with my son but i feel that he doesn't spend time explaining what is going on you have to ask lots of questions and he really doesn't do a good job answering them.

Dr. Bruce Greenspan does not care about his patients.He only became a doctor to make higher income. He is one of the most wittest doctor i've ever met. i have a severe profound hearing loss and he said i dont need a hearing aid. Yes i do need a hearing aid. I could barely hear anything.
