Dr. Bruce Glenn Grossman, MD

He was the worst experience I have ever had. He was condescending and rude. The appointment lasted two minutes. He didn't even ask me enough questions to find out what was wrong. I will NEVER go back to him again and will be reporting him to AMA.

Overall terrible experience.Dr. Grossman is NOT THOROUGH or good!

Was very disappointed. Went to Dr Grossman as a referral. Had an issue with one ear.I have hadmany ear/sinus infections in the past. This Dr. barely looked in my ears and in my throat. He didn't even look into my nose! I asked if they would take my blood pressure and I was told that they would have to see if they could find one.(because they really didn't have one.??) I was rather amazed at this answer because 90% of the patients in the waiting area were Seniors. You wouldn't need to possibly take a patients blood pressure?Their office persons couldn't have been "nicer" when they made a mistake and didn't close down their computer program when viewing my diagnostic head scan. I had already driven home and they called me to please bring it back(the disc scan)because their computers were stuck until they cleared the scan with the disc.I drove back, brought it in. My next appt, they were back to being unfriendly.Would NOT suggested this Dr and Office. He really didn't do anything but push… me on to someone else.
