Dr. Bruce L Hillard, MD

I have been seeing Dr Hillard for over 15 years. He is always patient and takes time to listen. My appointments are always on time. I had the misfortune of going to a urgent care center over the weekend and got miss diagnosed. I followed there advise on what medicine's to take and did not get any better after 2 weeks. Made a appointment with Dr Hillard ( seen that day), he prescribed me the corrected medicine and was feeling better in 3 Days. Thanks Dr Bruce Hillard!!! Bob Mcclain

as with any doctor come to appointment prpared with your questions, concerns and needs, and they will get you in, checked and on your way...

Calling in requires a wait of more than 10 minutes every time before a human answers. You can never get an appointment in a timely manner, they do not provide prescriptions in the amount insurance allows and his nurse is rude and disrespectful to patients. I am looking for another doctor's office. It is not worth it nor is it prudent to support a practice that employs such incompetent and rude employees.

To you and your brother, Thank you, not for anything that you did to HELP me, it's what you did not do... I am a 29 year old female and you were my family physician when I was a child... I have Pectus Excavatum, which you were so obviously NOT educated on all of those times that you told my mother that it was a cosmetic condition that would never bother me and then proceeded to diagnose me with Mitral Valve Prolapse... Allow me to elaborate on what exactly I am thanking you for... I finally saw a Dr who correctly diagnosed the problem at 27 years old and now require surgery that should have been done when I was a teenager, while I was in your care... I don't have MVP, BTW, that was ruled out by an electrocardiogram, but I have a 6.0 Haller index (if you even know what that means) and now, at 29 I am facing surgery for this condition (are you aware that the older you are, the harder it is to recover from this surgery? I DO!!!) But hey, thanks for NOT doing it because you probably would… have messed it up anyway and now I get to have it done by a surgeon at MA General who knows what he's doing. :)
