Dr. Bruce Loran Kautz, MD

Dr. Kautz has been my kids doctor since they were born. They are now 12 and 8. He is kind, patient and friendly. I couldn't ask for a better doctor. He even acknowledged me when I told him I looked something up online. (That's an instant trigger for many doctors.) I have referred several friends who all say the same thing. He's amazing!

9 years ago, I took my typically very healthy 6 year old to Dr. Kautz. My son had sudden daytime urine accidents occurring about 6 months after he had suddenly started wetting the bed at night. Dr. Kautz tested my son for diabetes, did a quick assessment, and concluded the visit with comments that my son was manipulating me and was "lazy" about getting to the bathroom in time. Currently, we're still dealing with nighttime accidents now, as I've been told for years that my son would outgrow the issue when he got older. I feel if I had taken my son to a competent doctor from the start that we would have likely resolved the issue right away. Instead, we are still dealing with issues today and seeing specialists weekly. If Dr. Kautz was up on current information, he would have known that constipation is the cause of bedwetting in 90% of the children who experience the problem.
