After waiting for three hours to see the doctor, my name was called, I was so happy to finally get this tooth pulled, but while waiting for fifteen minutes for the dentist I was looking around in disbelief at the rust on the tools that was to be used, I asked the receptionist if they were the tools the dentist are going to use, yes was her answer, so I told her no thanks I can'tell do this and left that place

staff not very patient,, rude, anti social.

I waited 3 hours just to get registered and another 4 hrs meanwhile they were only 5 people on the list. Is very unorganized, only one doctor Performing the procedures. The front desk staff is poorly trained. I do not recommend this place at all. People safe ur time and energy is not worth it

After waiting an hour someone in a packed room of about 20 people, a young lady comes out and asks who's first. Everyome went around the room saying their name. Then after waiting 2 and a half hours with only two people being seen, the young lady finally calls my name to register me. I give her my id and insurance card and she says that they don't take my insurance. I've been in pain the whole time I was sitting there. I wanted to burst out in tears because why didnt they ask me about insurance when I booked the appointment. I tried to give a neighborhood doctor a chance but never again. To Manhattan I will go where you are not herded like cattle.

Waiting for him is awful, but he gets the job done.

The office is no bigger than a McDonalds bathroom. The workers are always playing around. Dr is always flirting with workers. If I wasn't in so much pain I would've went somewhere else.
