Doctor massau failed to find out my pain with 13 things put me on medicine I was allergic to then he wouldn't give me the amount of medicine I asked for then after he failed ruined my life ke kicked me out

The two names that was left for a referral are not able to take my case, and now I have been without my meds and for 1 week. So please find a replacement to continue pain management. I remember you telling me years ago to not go cold turkey on my meds but I cant find anybody. Please Dr Massau I hope you read these and help out your long term patients. THANK YOU Mrs Mossburg

He had my pain under control til he retired. Then my records were NOT transferred like I was told they would be, so now I'm stuck weaning myself off of pain meds! What kind of doctor does that to his patients?

Doctor Bruce massau should go out of business for discharging me from his practice I hate him I wish he was dead I have a bad medicine resistance and that's why 1 pill 3 times a day would not work and that's why I had no drugs immune system and I also say I I drink more then 6 2 litters a day of caffeine for pain I feel he is a utter discrase a failure he ruined my life my name is David hickle I live at 4045 castel dr groveport Ohio 43125 USA

I have other family members who have seen him so I went to him for knee pain after surgery and ongoing hip/low back pain. He is caring. Identified likely conditions which made sense and ordered xray tests and non-opioid medication. I'm so glad I'm his patient.

Doctor massau discharged me from his practice and I didn't do anything wrong and his reason is because I don't trust other doctor's ers hospitals specialists specialists in Ohio or USA and I'm the 1 suffering in pain and nobody can find it and I only want to be out of pain through euthanasia and every time I go to those other doctor's specialists hospital's ers I get mistreated abused conspired torchered disrespected neglected failed ruined and persecuted because I'm living in pain it's made me not trust Ohio and USA its made me only hate Ohio USA so if I'm the 1 in the wrong all doctor's specialists ers hospitals in USA should go out of business permanently

Dr Nassau is a very thorough physician, he pays attention to detail,he pinpointed my issues with extreme accuracy. I have been treated by several different doctors and specialist,however, the treatment,the care,is in paralleled! He is an amazing individual,an amazing physician,specialist,and a. Can’t get his records straight. Blames the patient for his screwups.

6 months or so ago I missed a couple appts with this Dr and was told when I tried to reschedule that because of missed appts he wouldn’t see me. 6 months later I called again. Explained what the situation was and practically begged for another appt. I was told that she would have to talk to the Dr first to see if he would agree to see me. Finally I was told yes, that he agreed to see me. I had to have another referral sent to his office, which I did, and made the appt. So, I make it to my appt 1 hr early. He walked out of his office and said because of the missed appts he didn’t want to see me. So I asked why was I told he would and appt set up? He very rudely cut me off mid sentence and said I won’t see you! He then turned on his heel and walked away. 10 min later a nurse came out and said the girl who made the appt had been fired. Should I suffer the consequences of something she did?! He hired her. I think the thing to have done was see me. Their mistake. Not mine. There was only… a couple patients in his office so I’m sure he could find the time. I travelled quite a way to get there. Did what was asked of me. At the very least they could have called me to tell me a mistake had been made. This Dr was extremely rude to me and so it’s probably best I won’t be going there. However, I live in severe pain daily and can find no REAL HELP anywhere. Yes, some dr’s have a God complex and think they can do, say or act any way they like because they are GOD or THE GREAT BRUCE MASSAU. Thanks for nothing

I have been going to Dr. Massau for a couple of years now. He has always showed compassion towards me, and is very straight forward, which is a quality I like, most doctors use big words and beat around the bush, and can't wait to get you out of their office! Not Dr. Massau, in fact in my visits he will sit and talk to me and ask me how I am feeling and has helped me with dealing with this pain I have. As for the staff, Not one has ever been out of line or rude to me, they all have helped me especially Ben, in dealing with my insurance. Thank you Ben.& Thank you, Dr. Massau.
